Terms of Service
Last updated October 2026.
These terms apply when you use letsorderinonline.com or order through the Let's Order In marketplace at marketplace.letsorderinonline.com. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. What we do
Let's Order In is an independent, locally owned ordering and delivery service. We take orders for food from local restaurants and fast food outlets and for products from Penny Profit Discount Store, and deliver them in Medicine Hat, Redcliff and Brooks, Alberta. We also list digital products and links to other websites.
2. Restaurants and stores
Unless stated, the restaurants listed are not our partners and do not endorse us. We place your order with the restaurant on your behalf. The restaurant prepares the food and is responsible for its quality, ingredients and allergen information. Menus and photos are shown to help you order and may not be complete or current.
3. Prices and fees
- Prices in our restaurant stores include our service and can be higher than the restaurant's own prices.
- Grocery stores (Real Canadian Superstore and Walmart) list the in-store price, with 50 cents added to any item over $10. Our drivers shop your order in store, and grocery orders carry a flat $19.99 delivery fee.
- A delivery fee applies to each order and is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Prices can change without notice.
- Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
4. Placing and paying for an order
Your order is a request until we confirm it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, the restaurant is closed, or the address is outside our service area. If we cancel, you are refunded for anything you paid. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and e-transfer. Card payments are processed by our ordering platform and payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
5. Delivery
- Deliveries may be completed by independent couriers working with Let's Order In.
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, traffic, restaurant wait times and busy periods can cause delays.
- Please give a correct address and a phone number we can reach. If we cannot reach you or access the address, the order may be left at the door or returned, and it may not be refunded.
- Once an order is delivered, it is your responsibility.
6. Allergies and food safety
If you have an allergy, contact the restaurant directly before you order. We cannot guarantee that any item is free from allergens. Eat food promptly after delivery.
7. Age-restricted products
Products restricted by law, including tobacco and vaping products, are sold only to adults 18 and over. The person receiving the order may be asked for valid government photo ID. If ID is not shown, or the person appears intoxicated, the restricted items will not be handed over and fees may not be refunded.
8. Digital products and outside links
Some listings are digital products or links to other websites, some of them affiliate links. Purchases on other websites are between you and that seller, under their terms. See our Affiliate Disclosure and Third Party Notice.
9. Refunds
See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
10. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, place fake orders, or harass our team, couriers or restaurants. We may refuse service to anyone who does.
11. Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Alberta consumer protection law.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and Canada. Questions: use the chat in the Let's Order In app.
