Refunds and cancellations vary by service and product type. By placing an order or booking a service, you agree to the following conditions.


Food Orders

Food orders may not be refundable once preparation, sourcing, or purchase has begun.

Missing or incorrect items sourced from third party restaurants are subject to review and resolution at our discretion.


Laundry Pickup and Delivery

Laundry services may be canceled prior to pickup. Once items are collected, refunds may not be available.

Liability for damaged or lost items is limited as outlined in the Terms of Service.


Bin Placement and Return Services

Missed or delayed service due to access issues, weather, or third party interference is not refundable.

Subscription services may be canceled in accordance with the billing terms provided at purchase.


Food Sealing Services

Food sealing services are non refundable once completed.

Let’s Order In Online does not guarantee food shelf life, safety, or freshness after service completion.


Digital Products

All digital products, downloads, or instant access items are final sale unless otherwise stated.


Platform and Service Fees

Service fees, convenience fees, delivery fees, and platform charges may be non refundable.

Refund decisions are made at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.
