Customer must ensure bins are accessible and not blocked by vehicles or locked gates.
Severe weather or municipal schedule changes may cause adjusted timing, but service will be completed as soon as safely possible.
Missed municipal pickups caused by city delays are outside our control, but bins will still be handled as scheduled.
Service is annual and renews only with your approval. No surprise auto billing without notice.
